Introduction
These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations in relation to Dress Ballynahinch and any goods purchased through the website www.dressballynahinch.com. Please read them carefully. We may update these 'Terms' from time to time, posting them online at www.dressballynahinch.com/terms.php. Your continued use of this site shall mean your agreement to any changes made and you are bound by such. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we have applied. Should you proceed to purchase goods from this site you are confirming your acceptance of and compliance with all terms and conditions given.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by e-mail showing the goods that you ordered are in stock and are been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, when an order is received we will proceed to conduct the relevant security checks on the card used and the address given. Every attempt is made to protect the genuine cardholder at all times. Please note that no money is taken from the card until the goods are dispatched.

* Note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time, this is known as deferred payment this is not something we have any control over. On the rare occasion that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Disclaimer
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. However, should there be any inaccurate or out of date information DRESS apologises for any inconvenience caused, but takes no responsibility.
Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
Currency
Purchases are made in Pounds Sterling.
Stock Availability
We strive to ensure that we have adequate stock of all items as shown on the website are current. Some items may, however, sell faster than we expect and although we will always try to get stock replenished, this is not always possible due to long lead times required by some suppliers. We will provide the most up to date information we have on availability and will do our best to ensure you get the items you wish. DRESS accepts no liability arising from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments which have been made by the Client.
Sizing
DRESS offers the best styles and quality, from UK and European designers, consequently the sizes are not all standard. Sizing will vary from brand to brand and to help us provide you with accurate advice we would encourage you to call our sales department on 0044-2897563227 for advice.
